Travon Miles is an American Award-winning News Personality working at ABC 11 News serving as a Sports anchor and Reporter since he joined the station in January 2022. Formerly, Miles worked at WMDT 47 ABC TV as a Sports Director.

Miles studied at Salisbury University from the year 2007 to 2012 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. He is presently performing his duties as a Sports anchor and reporter for the ABC 11 Eyewitness News since he secured a position at the network in January of 2022. He was the Sports Director at WMDT in his hometown of Salisbury, Maryland, before joining ABC11.

Travon received several accolades for his sports broadcasting while working for his hometown. For its year-round local sports coverage, the WMDT sports department won four consecutive Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association awards under his direction.

He oversaw the coverage of some of the major sports stories in the region throughout the years, such as high school state championship runs, NFL and NBA drafts, and NCAA national championships. Additionally, he was one of the original members of the 30-minute local sports-focused program Delmarva Sports Insider, which was the first of its type on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Miles is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists as well as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, INC.
