Lauren Przybyl is a renowned American Journalist working as the weekday morning anchor of Good Day at FOX 4 (KDFW-TV) in Dallas–Fort Worth. She joined the station in September 2009 after previously working as an anchor and reporter at WHDH-TV in Boston, MA (April 2004 to September 2009).

Przybyl attended Grapevine High School, where she earned her high school diploma. After graduating, she enrolled at Baylor University and completed a BA in Journalism and a minor in Biology. At FOX 4, Przybyl serves as the weekday morning anchor of Good Day (7 am to 10 am) and host of The Post with Lauren Przybyl, streaming weekdays at 11 AM on fox4news.com. She joined FOX 4 in September 2009 and has been the FOX 4 GOOD DAY anchor for more than 15 years now.
Previously, Przybyl served as an anchor and reporter at WHDH-TV in Boston, MA (April 2004 to September 2009), where she covered major events including the 2004 Red Sox World Series win and severe nor’easters. Before her 5-year stint in Boston, Przybyl worked as a news anchor at KOB-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico (September 2001 to April 2004) and as a news producer at TXCN in Dallas, Texas (December 1999 to September 2000).

One of her first live shots was at the Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater, TX, where she was surrounded by hundreds of rattlesnakes.
