Garry Frank Biography
Garry Frank is an American Meteorologist working as a Meteorologist at KSDK-TV 5 On Your Side in St. Louis, Missouri. He joined the station in May 2022 after working as a meteorologist and journalist at WDAF-TV FOX4 in Kansas City, Missouri. He joined the station in April 2019 and left in March 2022.

Frank attended and graduated from St. Pius X Catholic High School in May 2006 with a high school diploma. He then joined the University of Missouri graduating in December 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Meteorology. Shortly after graduating, he took a position as chief meteorologist in Yuma, Arizona working at KSWT News 13.
Frank joined KSWT in April 2012 and after 3 years and 1 month, he left the station in April 2015. He currently serves as a meteorologist at KSDK-TV in St Louis, Missouri. His enjoyment of meteorology came at a young age from watching the storms roll in on the other side of the state in his hometown of Kansas City.
In April 2015, he joined FOX17 as a Meteorologist and Journalist in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Frank met many great people during his tenure there as part of an entertaining morning show. Further, he spent three years working at WDAF in Kansas City and enjoyed being in his hometown with family and friends.
Forecasting winter weather is Frank’s favorite aspect of weather coverage. This is because of the specific challenges that arise from forecasting snowfall and other types of wintry precipitation.
