Sarah Converse is an American forecaster serving at WSYX as a Full-time Weekend AM Meteorologist. She joined the Station in June 2023 after working as a Weekend Meteorologist for WICS-TV.

Converse enrolled at Florida State University in 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science – BS, Meteorology in 2019. In 2018, she had the opportunity to work as an intern at Spectrum News 13 Weather Intern in Orlando, Florida Area until August 2018.
She gained enough experience at Spectrum News and soon began her career at Seven Rivers Presbyterian Chr in Lecanto, FL where she worked as a Nursery Staff from February 2013 to August 2017. Then in 2019, she joined WICS-TV in the Springfield, Illinois Area as a Weekend Meteorologist and worked as a Weekend Meteorologist from June 2019 to June 2023.
Converse is a Full-time Weekend AM Meteorologist working for ABC 6 WSYX-TV in Columbus, Ohio, United States. She started working as a forecaster when Hurricane Wilma tore through her hometown. She became passionate about being a meteorologist when she experienced the eye of the hurricane.
Converse has been in Springfield for four years reporting numerous ice storms, record snow events, and tornado outbreaks. Lately, a dust storm resulted in a deadly multi-vehicle pileup on a major interstate. She is happy to be in the Midwest exploring Columbus.
