Rholdon Corey is an American sports anchor and reporter serving at KKTV 11 News as a sports anchor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, he joined the Station in September 2023 after working as a Sports Reporter for WBRZ-TV.
Corey Rholdon Career | Education
In 2015, Rholdon joined Mississippi College, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in sports media of 3.05 GP in 2019. He started his career before graduating. He joined the summer internship at WDSU TV. Corey was privileged to interview great athletes such as Jrue Holiday, Drew Brees, and Michael Thomas. In addition, he covered the Baton Rouge Super Regional, NFL training camp, and NBA Draft.
Subsequently, Corey transitioned to Fox 8 News and undertook a summer internship. During this tenure, he reported on various events including the NFL training camp, NBA free agency, and the Manning Passing Academy. He effectively fulfilled his duties and concluded his time there in August 2018. Following this experience, he assumed the position of Director of Digital Media for Choctaws Athletics at Mississippi College, serving diligently from August 2019 to June 2020, demonstrating both expertise and dedication in his role.
Due to his splendid work, Rholdon got the sports editor position. He created a show called the Collegian Sports Hot Seat where we interview the best of Mississippi College. In June 2020, he joined WHBF-TV as a sports reporter, serving for about one year. Immediately, Corey joined WBRZ-TV as a sports reporter, serving until September 2023. Rholdon currently serves as a sports anchor at KKTV 11 News, a role he has held since September 2023. He looks forward to covering a rising Colorado sports scene with teams like the Denver Broncos, Air Force Falcons, Colorado Buffaloes, and Denver Nuggets.
