Morgan Debra is an American award-winning journalist serving at WRAL-TV as a news anchor and reporter in Raleigh, North Carolina, she joined the Station on January 18th, 1993 after working as a news reporter for WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida.

Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1988. Immediately after graduation, she began her career as a news reporter and anchor at WNWO in Toledo, Ohio. Morgan played her role until 1990.

In 1990, Morgan got a job as a news reporter at WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida. Later, she served for about 3 years before advancing her career elsewhere.
