Kathleen Jordan is an American reporter serving at WMTW as a Full-time Weekday Evening TV Anchor. She joined the Station in May 2017 after working as an evening anchor for KTEN TELEVISION.

Jordan attended Towson University in 2009 and graduated Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Track in Journalism and New Media (Electronic Media & Film Minor). In 2013, she joined WBAL-TV 11 News in Baltimore, MD a sports intern. Here, she Shot sheeted games, researched, wrote teases and VOs, organized what’s to be in final highlights, shadowed live shots at Camden Yards as well as post-game press conferences/interviews, and helped produce 6 pm and 11 pm for one year.
After working for WBAL-TV 11 News, she worked as a reporter at Towson Sports Network from September 2012 to May 2013. There, she Conducted (reported and shot) postgame interviews with coaches/players as well as biweekly interviews, shot/edited (with Final Cut Pro) game highlights for various sports events, reported/edited packages, postgame press conferences, highlights, and published content to Towson Tiger website, wrote content for VOs and standups.
Jordan then became a Communications/Marketing Intern at CFR Engineering in Germantown, MD from June 2013 to February 2014. She was an Assistant to the Director of Business, editing templates for Proposals/Task Orders for the government (NIH, NIST, etc.) and private sectors, assisting with PR planning for career fairs, planning executives’ attendance, helping engineers with project proposals and speculations, assisting with office supply orders and relocation to the new office, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
She left and joined KTEN TELEVISION in March 2014 as an Evening Anchor. Jordan produced two newscasts daily with ENPS, edits with Adobe Premiere, familiar with Final Cut until May 2017. Currently, she’s at WMTW in Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area as a Full-time Weekday Evening TV Anchor. Here, she Anchors weekday evening shows at 4 and 5. 10, and 11 p.m., reports/produces on health and feature stories weekly, works directly with the local chapter of the American Heart Association in station partnership to produce regular segments, hosts/emcees community events, assists producers, and is involved in editorial decisions.
