Kylie Capps is a renowned American meteorologist working as the weekend morning meteorologist at FOX 4 (KDFW-TV) in Dallas–Fort Worth. She joined the FOX 4 Weather team in October 2018 after previously working at KXXV-TV in Waco, Texas (May 2017 to October 2018).

Capps attended the University of Oklahoma, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and minors in both Broadcast Meteorology and Mathematics. While attending the University of Oklahoma, Capps was part of the OU Nightly team that won a Student Emmy Award for Best Newscast during her senior year. She also interned at several stations, including KWTV-News 9 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and KOTV-News On 6 in Tulsa.
At KDFW FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth, Capps serves as the weekend meteorologist, where she delivers weather forecasts for the station’s weekend morning newscasts, including Good Day Saturday and Good Day Sunday. She joined FOX 4 in October 2018 and is so fortunate to work alongside the number one weather team in DFW.
Before arriving at FOX 4, Capps worked at KXXV-TV in Waco, Texas, where she served as the weekend morning meteorologist (May 2017 to October 2018). The position was her first professional broadcasting job after college. During her time in Waco, she covered significant weather events, including flooding threats across Central Texas, winter ice storms, the effects of Hurricane Harvey, severe thunderstorms, and numerous tornado warnings. Off-screen, Capps enjoys watching college football, reading, working out, meeting every dog on the block, volunteering through her church, and finding new restaurants.
