Tiffany attended and graduated from Harold Washington College with her Associate’s in Political Science. She then joined DePaul University graduating with a Bachelor’s in Political Science in 2021 and a Master’s in Journalism in 2022. While at the university she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Additionally, she found a love for writing, politics, and connecting with people while in college and made it part of her day-to-day life.

She is a Fill-in Anchor and Reporter at WNYT NewsChannel 13 in New York. She has been part of the station since July 2022. Payton is happy to serve the New York people and is honored to be part of the WNYT News team. In her free time, she enjoys watching “20/20,” talking on the phone with her family, shopping, walking her dog, taking pictures, and traveling to see family and friends.
