Gianno Caldwell is an American Journalist working at FOX News serving as a Political Analyst since he joined the station in September 2017. Formerly, Caldwell worked at Extratv as a Special Correspondent.

Caldwell attended Chicago State University to study psychology from 2005 to 2009. He later enrolled at Grand Canyon University in 2009 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. Caldwell presently performs his duties at the FOX News Station, where he provides political, financial, and cultural analysis for a variety of FOX News Channel programming since becoming a member of the network in 2017.
Apart from his function at FNC, Gianno is the presenter of the iHeart podcast Outloud with Gianno Caldwell and the creator of Caldwell Strategic Consulting, a government relations and public affairs firm with a bipartisan base in Washington, D.C. In addition, he is the author of “Taken for Granted: How Conservatism Can Win Back the Americans That Liberalism Failed.”
Gianno had previously worked for Naperville Township, an Illinois local government agency, as the director of government relations. In this role, he was primarily responsible for creating cost-cutting plans for local government, taxes, health care, transportation, and pensions. In this role, he effectively advocated for the decrease of property tax rates for the entire town of Naperville Township while holding this post.
Before that, Gianno worked for the Social Security Administration for seven years. In 2011, he was the director of African American Outreach for the largest Republican county organization in Illinois, the DuPage County Republican Party. Furthermore, he also worked as an advance assistant for Mitt Romney during his presidential campaign in 2012.
