Bream Shannon Noelle is an American journalist and attorney serving at Fox News as a news anchor in New York City, she joined the Station in 2007, after working as an anchor and reporter for NBC4, WRC.

Bream attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she won the pageant title Miss Virginia in 1990. She then participated in the Miss America 1991 pageant, finishing in the top 10 and earning a scholarship that covered much of her undergraduate education.
After graduating magna cum laude with a business management degree from Liberty University in 1993, Bream attended Florida State University College of Law. During her time there, she interned with U.S. Congressman Bill McCollum, who later became Florida Attorney General. While at law school, she won the Miss Florida USA pageant in 1995 and placed fourth in the Miss USA 1995 pageant, which funded her law school education.

Shannon earned her JD degree with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1996, then moved to Tampa, Florida, to start her legal career focusing on race discrimination and sexual harassment. In 2001, she transitioned to television journalism, becoming a news reporter for WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina. After three years, she joined Washington D.C.’s NBC affiliate WRC-TV in 2004, working as a weekend anchor and covering various assignments.
While at WRC-TV, Bream met Brit Hume, who encouraged her to audition for Fox News. She joined the network in November 2007, based in Washington, D.C. Later, she became the anchor of Fox News at Night before assuming the role of anchor for FOX News Sunday.
On August 11, 2022, it was announced that Shannon would replace Chris Wallace as the anchor for Fox News Sunday, starting on September 11, 2022. Additionally, Bream regularly appears on other Fox News programs like America’s Newsroom, Outnumbered, America Reports, The Story with Martha MacCallum, The Five, Special Report, and Gutfeld! as both a guest and a substitute host.
Bream has authored three books: “Finding the Bright Side: The Art of Chasing What Matters,” “The Women of the Bible Speak: The Wisdom of 16 Women and Their Lessons for Today,” and “The Mothers and Daughters of the Bible Speak: Lessons on Faith from Nine Biblical Families.” One of her books, “The Women of the Bible Speak: The Wisdom of 16 Women and Their Lessons for Today,” reached the top spot on The New York Times Best Seller list.
