Sidorowicz attended Michigan State University from 2009 to 2013, where he pursued a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. From May 2010 to December 2011, he went for his internship at The Madison Media Group and The State News, where he gained valuable hands-on experience. During this time, he also served as a multimedia reporter for The State News, where I developed multimedia feature projects for StateNews.com.

Josh further honed his multimedia skills as a multimedia intern at Crain’s Detroit Business, collaborating with beat reporters to produce content for the website. In January 2012, he moved to HOMTV 21 as a reporter and anchor, launching and producing two new programs and anchoring the flagship newscast.

Afterward, Sidorowicz worked as a reporter and multi-media journalist at WILX-TV from May 2013 to June 2014. Following that, he served as a reporter and weekend evening anchor at WXMI-TV for three years. Joining WTSP-TV in July 2017, he initially worked as a reporter and weekend morning anchor before being promoted to anchor of the 5:00 p.m. newscast in January 2022, where he has been dedicatedly working for 2 years and 4 months.
