Jessica Larche is an American journalist serving at WTKR News 3 as a Morning News Anchor. She joined the Station in Jul 2014 after working as a Reporter for WDBD-TV.

Larche graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana, where she earned the honor of valedictorian. Later, she attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Broadcast Journalism from 2003 to 2007.
While in university, Jessica served as an intern at WCTV-TV in 2006 for less than a year. Subsequently, Jessica made history as the first news anchor for FAMU-TV 20’s live broadcast at her beloved alma mater, Florida A&M University. Additionally, during her tenure as the News Director at WANM 90.5, the FAMU campus radio station, she produced award-winning radio documentaries on Hurricane Katrina and the death of Martin Lee Anderson.
Following this experience, Larche joined FOX 40 WDBD-TV as a reporter from January 2008 to October 2010, engaging in general assignment and investigative work. While there, she conducted investigations that revealed a shortage of fire hydrants in a predominantly Black neighborhood. Furthermore, her series of reports prompted the City of Jackson to take action, leading to the installation of new fire hydrants to better protect the community.
Jessica has been serving as the Morning News Anchor at WTKR News 3 since July 2014. Moreover, she actively advocates for wellness and mental health, openly discussing her health journey in the Emmy®-nominated “Jessica on a Journey” series on News 3.
