Hayley Watts is an American Journalist working at KHSL and KNVN Action News Now, serving as a Reporter, Meteorologist, and Fill-in Anchor since she joined the station in March 2016. Formerly, Watts worked at WTAP as a Morning Meteorologist and Reporter.

Watts studied at Moorpark College from the year 2006 to 2010. She later enrolled at California State University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism in 2013. She is presently performing her duties as a reporter, meteorologist, and fill-in anchor at Action News Now since she became part of the network in March 2016. Furthermore, she has also been an Assistant News Director and Anchor at Allen Media LLC since July 2023.
Hayley began her journalism career in August 2013, when she played her role as a reporter for the City of Torrance, citiCABLE 3 for a period of 6 months. She was a reporter for the cable news station City of Torrance. For the two news programs “This Week in Torrance” and “Spotlight Torrance,” Hayley produced multiple weekly news packages. She wrote, rewrote, and edited my own stories for the broadcasts every week.
In January 2013, she secured a position at WTAP, where she served as a morning meteorologist and reporter. After 1 year and 6 months, Watts stepped down from the network and obtained employment at her current workplace at KHSL/KNVN Action News Now.
