Greaves studied at Oregon State University from the year 2014 to the year 2017 where he received his Bachelor of Science in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia. He is currently playing his role at KFMB Stations as a sports anchor since he joined the network in August 2021.
Greaves began his broadcasting career when he worked at Oregon State University serving as a contributor for Oregon Stater Magazine in January of 2017. He composed an editorial feature for an alumni magazine on the student-athlete experience and completion of the football center reconstruction project.
In May 2017, he worked as a Social media and digital content intern at Oregon State University. He composed promotional content publicizing the Beyond Football program, including stories for OSUBeavers.com, social media posts, and videos as well as assisting with organizing community service events for student-athletes.
Marcus secured a position at NBC Sports in August 2017 where he worked as a Sports anchor for a period of 9 months. Greaves got lucky and obtained employment at Entercom from January 2017 to August 2021, where he performed his duties as a reporter, on-air personality, and producer. He also worked as a Talk show host, sports reporter, and sports analyst, for 247 Sports, for 5 years and three months before his former workplace at KOIN-TV where he served as a sports contributor.
