Small attended and graduated from Emerson College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Before graduating he worked for several stations and organizations across the state. He worked as a Host for Good Morning Emerson in Boston, MA. He served the organization from September 2016 to May 2017.
Small also served as a Reporter and Anchor for EIV News from September 2016 to January 2018. He was also an On Air Personality for WERS 88.9 FM in Boston.
